How Custom Orders Work
Custom orders are made to help you create a personalized wooden flag, engraved gift, badge display, logo project, or one-of-a-kind keepsake with the details that matter most.
1. Choose a Product or Share Your Idea
You can start from an existing product, browse our Custom Wooden American Flags, or submit a new idea through the Custom Order Request page.
2. Add Personalization Details
Include names, ranks, badge numbers, department names, service years, retirement dates, family names, short messages, colors, layout preferences, or any other details you want included.
3. Upload or Link Artwork
If your design includes a badge, patch, logo, Maltese cross, emblem, or reference photo, use the clearest artwork available. Vector files are best, but sharp PNG, JPG, PDF, scans, or straight-on photos can often work.

4. We Review the Request
We review the details, artwork, deadline, and project complexity. If something is unclear, we may follow up before production.
5. Your Piece Is Made
Custom products are made to order. Production time depends on the design, material, artwork quality, order volume, and shipping requirements.
6. Your Order Ships or Is Prepared for Pickup
Once complete, your order is prepared for shipping or pickup according to the order details.
Before You Submit
- Double-check spelling for names, ranks, dates, and messages
- Use the clearest artwork available
- Include your deadline or event date if there is one
- Only submit artwork you have permission to use
- Include any layout notes or reference photos
