3. We review it

We’ll look over the request and follow up if artwork, timing, or project details need clarification.

Artwork tip: Clear, high-resolution files create cleaner engraving. Vector files are best, but sharp PNG, JPG, PDF, scans, or straight-on photos can often work. Read the Artwork Upload Guide.
